- Body waxing 10% OFF single service treatment only, must be used upon purchase.
- Buy 2 Tans, get 1 free has a limit of one per customer. There is a 12 month expiry on package.
- There is a limit on the number of Special Packages you may purchase. The sale of one package, per customer & per treatment area is permitted.

PRICING, TREATMENT & PRE-PAY POLICY
- Pricing of products and services are subject to change at any time without any prior warning or notices.
- Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual programs and recommendations of product or service tailored for specific needs.
- When purchasing a pre-paid treatment program, clients may receive further discount/savings, as such the payment for the program must be made in full prior to first treatment. The client hereby acknowledges that the fee for pre-paid packages is non-refundable in part or whole, including in the event that a client circumstances change, the client is unable to attend or opts to discontinue the treatment.
- Treatment programs are non-transferable in part or whole to any other treatment or individuals.
- Treatment programs when purchased as combined/bundled areas must be redeemed together on the same day (i.e., the areas purchased in this package cannot be redeemed over separate appointments). In the circumstances that the client is unable to treat multiple / specific area/s on the day they will forfeit that session.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or notify the clinic of cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of the prepaid package fee of that particular appointment or 30% of the full price of the session. Please see our cancellation & refund policy for further information.
- All pre-paid treatments have an expiry, which is not extendable and commences from date of purchase. Laser Hair Removal pre-pay of 3 treatments have a 6-month expiry and Laser Hair Removal pre-pay of 6 treatments have a 12-month expiry.
- All single and packages for Skin treatments & Spray Tanning have a 12-month expiry.
- A treatment consultation is required before the first session. If a treatment purchase is made prior to having a consultation, we may agree to transfer to another alternate treatment of equal value to what has been purchased, if at consultation it is determined that another treatment is more suitable. No refunds will be issued, only a transfer to a more appropriate treatment.
- Treatments may require purchasing of additional products and/or treatments to support the skin during treatment and obtain optimum results, advice will be provided at consultation.
PROMOTIONAL/SPECIAL OFFERS
- At our discretion, promotional prices will be offered on selected treatments. The following terms and conditions apply to promotional purchases:
- Promotions are valid for a limited time only and can only be purchased during this time period and no extensions will be granted.
- If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired.
- Promotional items adhere to our cancellation & refund policy along with expiry & treatment program terms and conditions.
- Promotions which include multiple treatment/s or area/s must be redeemed together and cannot be split up.
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund, or transfer/exchange services or products purchased at promotional or full rates as per our cancelation and refund policy.
- Any specific additional Terms and Conditions will be uploaded to our website for the duration of a promotion if our standard terms & conditions do not cover the promotional offer.
CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict booking & cancellation policy. Please ensure you read & understand these policies.
- When scheduling in an appointment via phone, email etc you are required to confirm your booking with a credit card/debit card, the booking must be confirmed immediately. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
- All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to complete consultation paperwork.
- We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, failure to provide 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment reserves us the right to deduct a 30% cancellation fee or 50% no show fee from your allocated card, used to confirm your booking. The value must be paid before any further service or product is provided.
- Aesthetik Skin and Laser does not provide a refund on services or products for change of mind.
- Treatments and services are non-transferable to other individuals.
- All services have a 6- or 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.
- Pre-paid treatment programs will expire automatically in line with our pricing, treatment & prepay policy and extensions will not be granted.
- Under Australian consumer laws, refunds or exchanges may be granted where there is major fault/problem.
GIFT CARDS
- When purchasing a gift card with Aesthetik Skin and Laser the following terms & conditions will apply;
- All Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid – all transactions will be declined. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
- All Gift Card Vouchers must have a serial number written on the voucher to be valid, and the voucher may be redeemed without original card if client can supply the serial number.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund or transferred to another gift card.
- Lost, stolen or damaged cards are unable to be replaced.
- Not applicable to sale items.
