1. INTRODUCTION & DEFINITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, treatments, promotions, programs, and website use provided by L.E Aesthetik (VIC) Pty Ltd ACN 638 765 938, trading as Aesthetik Skin & Laser (“Aesthetik”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

“You” refers to any client, customer, purchaser, or website user.

By booking an appointment, attending our clinic, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any treatment-specific consent forms.

Governing law: Victoria, Australia.

2. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE & COPYRIGHT

• Your use of our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Content is provided for general information only and may change without notice.

• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided.

• Use of our website is at your own risk.

• All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or transmit any website content without written consent from Aesthetik.

• We are not responsible for third-party links or their content.

• Any dispute arising from use of our website is governed by Victorian law.

3. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

• Clients must be 18 years or older for all services unless stated otherwise.

• Laser Hair Removal: 16+ with parental consent

• Skin Needling (Exceed): 18+

• Spray Tanning: 14+ with parental consent

• Brow/Lash/Waxing: 14+ with parental consent

• Parental consent must be provided by a legal guardian.

• Aesthetik may refuse treatment if a client is unsuitable, unsafe, or medically contraindicated.

4. CONSULTATIONS & TREATMENT SUITABILITY

Mandatory consultations

• Laser Hair Removal (Soprano Titanium)

• Skin Needling (Exceed)

Consultation not required (unless advised by therapist)

• Brow and lash services

• Body and facial waxing

• Spray tanning

• Facials and skin treatments (excluding Exceed)

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated medical information

• Notify us of any changes to your health, skin, or medications

• Follow all pre- and post-care instructions

• Understand that withholding information may affect safety and results

Outcome Expectations

• Results differ by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

• Some treatments require multiple sessions for optimal outcomes.

• No refunds will be issued for perceived dissatisfaction with results.

Clinical Photography

• Photos may be taken for assessment or progress purposes with your consent.

• No photos are used for marketing without separate written consent.

5. BOOKINGS, ARRIVAL & APPOINTMENT CONDITIONS

• All appointments require a valid credit/debit card to secure the booking.

• Deposits apply to all appointments, regardless of booking method.

• Consultation forms are sent electronically unless otherwise advised.

• Please avoid arriving excessively early or late.

Right to Refuse Service

Aesthetik may refuse or discontinue service if a client:

• Displays aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

• Is intoxicated or under the influence

• Repeatedly arrives late or misses appointments

• Breaches any clinic policy

6. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Afterpay.

• Full payment is required immediately after each service.

• Selected services may be prepaid at the clinic’s discretion.

• Prices may change without notice.

7. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• No-shows incur a 50% fee, charged to the card on file.

• Fees must be paid before any further services can be booked.

• No refunds are offered for change of mind on services or products.

• Treatments and prepaid packages are non-transferable.

• Refunds may be available under Australian Consumer Law for major faults only.

8. PRICING, TREATMENT & PRE-PAY POLICY

• Prices may change without notice.

• Prepaid programs must be paid in full before commencement.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Combined/bundled areas must be treated in the same appointment.

• If all areas cannot be treated on the day, that portion is forfeited.

• Expiry periods:

  • LHR 3-pack: 6 months

  • LHR 6-pack: 12 months

  • Skin & tanning packages: 12 months

• No extensions permitted.

9. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

• Promotions are valid for a limited time only.

• Promotions must be paid in full at purchase.

• Promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Promotions cannot be combined with:

  • Loyalty program discounts

  • Newsletter offer

  • Birthday offer

  • Any other promotional pricing

• Promotional packages follow the same cancellation & expiry rules as standard services.

• Gift vouchers may be used toward promotional services.

• Aesthetik may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

10. SEASONAL PROMOTIONAL TERMS

Any seasonal promotional campaign may have additional conditions.
These will be displayed on our website during the promotional period.

11. LOYALTY PROGRAM — BUY 5, GET 25% OFF THE 6TH

1. Eligibility

Applicable only to:

• Brow shape

• Brow tint

• Facial waxing

• Body waxing

• Spray tans

• Brow lamination

• Lash lift

2. How the Offer Works

• Clients pay per visit (“pay as you go”).

• Each eligible service booked in a single transaction counts as one visit.

• After five (5) completed visits, clients receive 25% off their 6th eligible service.

• The discount applies only to the 6th service and only to the approved list.

3. Non-Transferability

• Visits/stamps cannot be transferred.

• The discounted 6th service must be redeemed by the same client.

4. Validity & Usage

• No limit to how many cycles a client may complete.

• Each visit counts as one stamp regardless of how many services are booked.

• Loyalty card must be presented at the time of service.

5. Exclusions

• Offer cannot be used with any other offer or promotion.

• Only valid for the services listed.

6. Refunds & Changes

• Completed visits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Discount carries no cash value.

7. Booking Conditions

• Standard cancellation policy applies.

• No consultation required unless advised by your therapist.

8. Right to Amend

Aesthetik may modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

12. GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift vouchers have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.

• A valid serial number is required for redemption.

• Vouchers may be used for:

  • Full-priced services

  • Promotional services

  • Retail products

• Cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.

13. DERMAVIDUALS & CUSTOM COMPOUNDED PRODUCTS

These terms apply to Dermaviduals custom-blended products prepared specifically for your skin needs.

1. Customisation & Variability

• Only some Dermaviduals products are compounded; others are provided as supplied.

• Custom blends may vary over time depending on your skin’s condition, environmental factors and treatment plan.

• Natural variations (e.g., mild separation, oxidation) do not indicate a fault.

2. Stability & Storage

• Store products in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.

• Aesthetik is not responsible for product degradation caused by incorrect storage.

3. Allergy Disclosure & Patch Testing

• Clients must disclose allergies and sensitivities.

• Patch tests may be recommended for new formulations.

4. Usage Compliance

• Products must be used as directed.

• Incorrect use may reduce efficacy or increase sensitivity.

5. Interaction with Other Skincare

• Aesthetik is not responsible for reactions if Dermaviduals products are used with skincare not recommended during consultation.

6. Non-Alteration Clause

• Do not mix, decant, or alter products at home.

7. Keeping Your Therapist Informed

• Notify us of any skin changes, medication updates, or concerns so formulations can be adjusted.

8. Refunds

• Custom-blended products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

14. LOYALTY & DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

A. Birthday Loyalty Program – 15% Off

• Eligible clients receive an automatic birthday email during their birthday month.

• Offer valid for the entire month of the client’s birthday.

• One-time use per year.

• Discount applies to one full-priced treatment only.

• Not valid for:

  • Injectables

  • Retail products

  • Sale items

  • Promotional services

  • Prepaid packages

• Cannot be applied in clinic; must be redeemed via the email instructions.

• Cannot be combined with any other offer.

B. Newsletter Welcome Offer – 10% Off First Treatment

• One-time use per client.

• Applies to full-priced services only.

• Not valid for retail products or sale items.

• Cannot be combined with any other offer.

15. HYGIENE & SAFETY

• Aesthetik adheres to strict infection control and hygiene standards.

• Single-use disposables are used where required.

• Treatment rooms and equipment are sanitised between each client.

16. CHILDREN IN CLINIC POLICY

• Children are welcome in the waiting area but must be supervised at all times.

• Children are not permitted in treatment rooms for safety reasons.

• If supervision is not possible, appointments may be rescheduled.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Aesthetik is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including illness, equipment failure, power outages, weather events or government directives.

18. AMENDMENTS

Aesthetik may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions take effect immediately when posted on our website.
